Sea Point is one of Cape Town’s densest apartment areas – a long strip of mid-rise and high-rise buildings running along the Atlantic coastline. Most moves here are apartment-to-apartment, often within walking distance of the Sea Point promenade.
Building Access
Older Sea Point buildings sometimes have smaller lifts or stairs-only access, while newer developments along the beachfront tend to have better loading facilities. Main Road traffic can also affect timing, so we plan loading windows around it.
Parking
Street parking is tight, particularly closer to the promenade. Let us know if your building has a designated loading bay or visitor parking we should use.
